• We set standards for job roles and qualifications that help businesses to attract, reward, develop and retain staff
• We encourage talented people to enter the industry by developing career pathways and promoting the wide range of job opportunities that exist
• We initiate a wide range of projects designed to provide innovative solutions to improve business performance
